Indonesia’s leading Sharia life insurer set an aggressive target to 3x their revenue and customer base over 3 years. To maintain their #1 market position, they needed to identify winning strategic initiatives by analyzing top-performing players locally and globally.
The Action
Built a proprietary GWP-to-GDP benchmarking model. Synthesized 5 years of macroeconomic and competitor data to evaluate 10+ top players and 30+ products across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and South Asia to uncover alternative growth levers.
The Impact
Delivered executive-ready market intelligence that provided leadership with a clear, data-driven view of penetration gaps and global best practices, directly informing the strategic roadmap required to achieve their 3-year hyper-growth target.

High operational fragmentation across a state-owned holding company and 6 subsidiaries, leading to redundant manual workflows, control gaps, and delayed inter-departmental processes.

Actively involved in a multi-stakeholder diagnostic via 20+ executive interviews. Mapped and redesigned 130+ business processes (Core Business, Procurement, Finance, QHSSE) against global APQC benchmarks.

Delivered 30+ strategic organizational design recommendations, Target Operating Models (TOM), and 100+ KPIs to Partner/Client VP leadership, establishing a standardized blueprint required for the group's enterprise-wide business and digital transformation.

The Challenge
A state-owned bank suffered from heavily siloed customer data across distinct marketing, sales, and product systems. This fragmentation resulted in untracked leads, redundant customer outreach, zero personalization, and critical blind spots in KYC/AML capabilities.
The Action
Led the Tech & Data workstream to architect a unified enterprise CRM ecosystem. Engineered the Data Architecture and Flow Diagrams, defining current-to-target mapping for 100+ data fields across 50+ complex system integrations to eliminate departmental silos.
The Impact
Established the foundational technical blueprint to enable cross-selling and centralized lead tracking. Co-developed a 3-phase roadmap and robust vendor scoring model, successfully preparing and de-risking the bank's upcoming public tender for CRM System Integrators.
